mail-in ballots

Pennsylvania provides “No-Excuse Mail-In Voting.”  Act 77, passed with bipartisan support in 2019, gives a voice to every legally registered voter who can now cast a ballot by mail without needing to provide an excuse or reason.

WHAT HAS REP MOUL DONE?

Moul first voted for Act 77, then, as a 2020 election denier, he joined a lawsuit against it.  The reason he gave when asked about his change of heart? “So my bad. I should’ve checked the constitutionality of that big bill.”

Note:  The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ultimately upheld Act 77 as constitutional in August 2022

WHAT WOULD KATHLEEN PRATT DO?

There is little to no evidence of election tampering in the state of Pennsylvania. We have highly trained and dedicated county elections office workers who are laser-focused on conducting fair and equal elections as governed by law.

I support every constitutional method that a legally registered voter can use to cast their ballot.
