Cyber attacks on utilities continue to threaten our critical services. This is not a new problem and requires continual attention.

WHAT HAS REP MOUL DONE?

Nothing.

WHAT WOULD KATHLEEN PRATT DO?

Public and economic safety come first. I would propose legislation to require that these critical services conform to the highest security standards, and strive to provide the necessary financial support to ensure that this happens as soon as possible.
